These third-party websites are not screened for privacy or security issues by NXTSTOR, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third-party websites. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to members of the Service or Website. NXTSTOR bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third-party website.   2. Changes to Policy.
    • This Privacy Policy was last updated on March 23, 2018. This Privacy Policy applies from said date. This policy may be amended to reflect regulatory requirements, advances in technology, Website or App updates and changes in our personal information management practices. Any new policy will automatically be effective when it is published on the Website, which will also be reflected in the last updated date and time. By continuing to use this Website after notice of and update to this Policy, you agree to the amended terms of this Policy.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, do not use this Website and do not provide us with any personal information.
